First Trip to Grandmama and Grandpapa's

Maddie got to go to my mom's house for Vacation Bible School. It was a welcome break for me, I needed it as I am finished with the first trimester of baby number three. She had a wonderful time. She had something to do everyday. I'm glad she got to have this special time with them.

Every morning Grandmama made Maddie and Grandpapa breakfast. They always ate on the patio outside.

Then the time came to go back home with daddy and Stuart.

Which by the way was in the middle of hurricane Alex which was not too bad for a class 1 hurricane.

Rain Forest Cafe

On rare occasion we all get together. What better reason than a child's first birthday. This year we treated everyone to lunch at Rainforest Cafe. We had a wonderful time, Maddie and Stuart loved all the animals. The adults however left feeling a bit overstimulated!

Cupcakes and Presents

This year was Stuart's first birthday. Unfortunately, Chuck and I had to work so it was up to Grandma Ruth. As you know Stuart has severe allergies, I had actually found some special cake mix for the occasion. It all worked out, we celebrated at Rain Forest Cafe on Saturday.

Mother's Day 2010

This year we had a quite Mother's Day at home, since I have not been feeling too great. My parents came down which was really nice. We got to grill out on the new patio and eat on my new patio furniture. I could not have asked for more we had a wonderful time.
